Responsibilities:
• Handle US medical billing process and documentation
• Maintain billing records and patient-related data
• Work on software-based medical billing systems
• Coordinate with internal teams for process handling
• Ensure accuracy in billing and reporting
• Maintain professional communication standards

Eligibility:
• Non-IT students can apply
• Open for First Year, Final Year, Graduates, MBA & Postgraduates
• Male & Female both can apply
• Must be comfortable with Night Shift
• Excellent English Communication is compulsory

Shift Timings:
• 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM OR
• 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM

Develop new features and improve platform functionality. Work with real codebase, write clean code, test features, and collaborate with development team.

Perform manual testing on the platform, identify bugs, document issues, and suggest UI/UX improvements.

Connect with students, guide them through platform registration, explain opportunities, and maintain follow-up records.

Call companies, explain platform services, generate leads, and assist in onboarding clients. Maintain call logs and coordinate with senior team.
