ATSPL is hiring Field Service Engineers across Gujarat to provide onsite IT infrastructure support at client locations. The role includes installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and networking devices.
Responsibilities include managing Windows domain environments, handling Active Directory tasks, diagnosing hardware issues (RAM, HDD, motherboard, etc.), and resolving LAN/network-related problems.
Candidates will coordinate with OEM support teams, ensure timely ticket closures as per SLA, maintain documentation in ERP systems, and assist in bulk IT deployment projects.
